Online Returns, Shipping and Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within a period of 30 days from the date it was received.
Purchase receipt or invoice must be available during the product return process.
The product you would like to return or exchange must be in the same condition you received it internally and externally (unused).
In the event of a request to return the products of the offers, not only one of the items will be returned, but all the existing items
Returns are only accepted if it is in its original packaging.
The pharmacy barcode must be kept on the product in the event of a return request.
Returns of refrigerator items are not accepted, and are not subject to the above conditions.
Once your product is refunded, administrators will review and check the condition of the product.
If the return process is approved, the refund process will be immediately processed to your credit card.
The refund process depends on the policies of the issuer of your credit card
(It may take up to 21 business days for the funds to reach your card).
Shipping and return costs are not refundable.
If you get your money back, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
